Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair.
• Ownership of a sufficient selection of hand and air/electric tools to complete repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on Herc-owned fleet at the branch.
• Operate and test equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Diagnose engines, electrical, hydraulics, and fuel systems; perform major repairs as needed.
• Enter work orders and manage parts through the fleet management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; produce service reports.
