Trinity Rail in Jonesboro, AR is hiring aSenior Equipment Technician for Night Shift to maintain and repair production equipment, read blueprints, and work across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and pneumatic systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and test machinery while adhering to safety protocols and record-keeping requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2-4 years of related experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints.
May require working at heights (15 ft or more).

Responsibilities

Perform complex repairs on production equipment motors and mechanical components, including basic pneumatics and hydraulics.
Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform preventative maintenance on electrical wiring and components.
Determine causes of operating problems using schematics and order replacement parts; perform high voltage electrical repairs as needed.
Install and repair electrical systems and components of industrial machinery following diagrams and specifications.
Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair and modify production electronic components and switch panels.
Test new equipment and make minor adjustments as required.
Maintain records and follow all safety rules; may participate in safety committees.
