Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent in engineering or mechatronics.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with automated/high-precision equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Repair and maintain mechanical and pneumatic systems including valves, cylinders, FRLs, vacuum systems, and air preparation units.
• Lead or support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Install, qualify, and support new equipment and upgrades.
• Develop, review, and improve maintenance procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Mentor and train technicians and equipment operators.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and EHS teams.
• Monitor equipment performance and downtime; recommend reliability improvements.
• Manage spare parts, tooling, and maintenance documentation within CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot HMI systems (Allen-Bradley PanelView, Siemens HMI) for alarms, communication faults, and operator issues.
