Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of automation equipment maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and automation equipment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs, sensors, motors, conveyors, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with robotics, vision systems, and automation equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical CAD drawings.
• Experience with 3D/2D CAD tools (SolidWorks or Creo; AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and bring up automation engineers for installation, maintenance, and repair of automation systems.
• Coordinate resource planning, training, and knowledge updates for the team.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment, conveyors, and robotics.
• Install, relocate, and commission new production lines; integrate new automation equipment and vision systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve equipment performance and reliability; support process changes and optimization.
• Follow safety policies and participate in audits and corrective actions.
