Job summary

DCS is seeking a Senior Equipment Specialist to support the Advanced Training Capabilities Division (AFLCMC/WNR). You will deliver expert logistics, equipment oversight, and configuration management for advanced Air Force training systems to ensure readiness and sustainment across a diverse warfighter training portfolio.

This full-time role is based at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT and involves acquisition support, lifecycle management, and CM practices to enable delivery of advanced training

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Secret level clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years in tech/professional discipline or 15 years with DoD experience.
  • Experience managing equipment requirements and DoD 5000-series processes.
  • Proficient with CM tools and TO systems.

Responsibilities

  • Review hardware/software specs to meet program standards.
  • Maintain and track drawing packages and revisions.
  • Support TCTOs, TO validation, and TO lifecycle planning.
  • Manage CM documentation, baselines, and records.
  • Support change control and CCB activities.
  • Produce monthly CM and deficiency metrics.
  • Provide analysis for field, depot, and modification issues.
  • Assist TOMA with TO cataloging and user support requirements.
  • Evaluate DoD directives for compliance.
