Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Specialist II, Equipment – IDAP to support the IDAP area within the Inspection, Device Assembly & Packaging Technical Team. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, implementing preventive maintenance, and driving OEE improvements in a cGMP manufacturing setting.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with Operations, Engineers, and OEMs, and document actions using CMMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated (cGMP) manufacturing environment.
• Able to guide others through equipment issues and document actions.
• Comfortable working with shift schedules to support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex equipment faults independently.
• Apply structured problem-solving to repairs and prevent recurrences.
• Identify improvement projects to increase OEE and scrap reduction.
• Monitor performance and act on early signs of degradation.
• Analyze data trends to find root causes and solutions.
• Perform maintenance using CMMS documentation and procedures.
• Train operators and technicians on equipment and processes.
