Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company shaping the future of medicine. The Specialist II, Equipment - IDAP supports the PET to improve equipment reliability and performance across IDAP processes.

The role requires collaboration with Operations, Engineers, Area Leaders, and OEM suppliers to implement projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a regulated production environment, specifically responsible for equipment maintenance and performance.
Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to share technical knowledge and guide others through equipment issues.
Flexibility to adjust shift schedule to support 24/7 operations.
Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to self‑direct and prioritise work based on equipment performance data and business needs.

Responsibilities

Independently troubleshoot complex, intermittent, or repetitive equipment faults.
Identify and implement continuous improvement and standardisation projects across the PET focused on OEE, equipment reliability, and scrap reduction.
Monitor equipment and systems for performance and problem indicators and act on early signs of degradation before they cause downtime.
Analyse trends in equipment and process data to identify root causes, solutions, and improvements.
Use a variety of testing, tools, and measuring equipment to complete maintenance on process-related equipment and systems.
Use CMMS to complete documentation and close out activities in compliance with cGMPs.
Review repetitive equipment breakdowns, evaluate existing PMs for effectiveness, and increase uptime.
Monitor work order backlog, track equipment history and spare parts usage.
Develop and revise standardized job plans and troubleshooting aids.
Train and provide on-shift technical guidance to Operators, Mechanics, and Maintenance Technicians.
