Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, OH is seeking a Specialist II, Equipment – IDAP to support the Inspection, Device Assembly & Packaging team. The role focuses on diagnosing faults, improving maintenance strategies, and driving equipment reliability across the PET line.

You will work with Operations, Engineers, and OEMs to implement projects, perform preventive maintenance, and support deviations and investigations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

Minimum: experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex, intermittent, or repetitive equipment faults using structured problem-solving.
Identify and implement continuous improvement projects focusing on OEE and reliability.
Monitor equipment performance and trigger preventive actions to avoid downtime.
Use CMMS to document activities in compliance with cGMPs.
