Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Specialist II, Equipment for the IDAP area to support the IDAP Process Execution Team in delivering manufacturing performance. The role collaborates with Operations, Engineers, Area Leaders, and OEMs to implement reliability improvements and optimize equipment performance in a cGMP manufacturing setting.

Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, PM optimization, data analysis for root causes, and maintaining documentation in CMMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a regulated production environment focused on equipment maintenance and performance.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to share technical knowledge and guide others on equipment issues.
• Willingness to support 24/7 operations with flexible shifts.
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot complex, intermittent, or repetitive equipment faults using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to improve OEE and reduce scrap.
• Monitor equipment performance and act on early degradation signs to avoid downtime.
• Analyze trends to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Conduct maintenance using CMMS and complete documentation per cGMPs.
• Review and revise PMs and standardize job plans and troubleshooting guides.
• Train operators and technicians on equipment, systems, and procedures.
