Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet including aerial work platforms, pumps, HVAC, and oil/gas equipment. You will work in a safety-focused environment with a team of professionals.

Key qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel or heavy equipment, and strong hydraulic/electrical troubleshooting skills. Some locations may require bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel/heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• May need to provide mechanic's tools of the trade.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems & troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems & troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs.
