The role involves hands-on troubleshooting across major platforms such as Novellus Concept Two (SPEED, SEQ, ALTUS) and Applied Materials Endura, Centura, and Producer, with a focus on vacuum, gas delivery, RF/plasma, and temperature control

Qualifications

onsemi is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician - Thin Films. As an Equipment Maintenance Technician at onsemi’s 200mm manufacturing facility in Gresham, Oregon, you will work in a dynamic team environment and perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently on a variety of innovative semiconductor manufacturing tools. Each day, you will be challenged by working on a diverse set of tools with a world-class team.

Shift C- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday, 7 AM- 7:06 PM

Candidates must demonstrate a high level of hands‑on maintenance and troubleshooting expertise on one or more of the following Thin Films platforms, with broad working knowledge across the area:

• Novellus Concept Two platforms, including SPEED, SEQ, and ALTUS
• Applied Materials platforms, including Endura, Centura, and Producer
• Major tool subsystems such as vacuum, gas delivery, RF/plasma, temperature control, robotics, process chambers, pumps, abatement interfaces, controls, and interlocks
