onsemi in Gresham, Oregon is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician - Thin Films at our 200mm manufacturing facility. You will perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance on a variety of semiconductor tools as part of a dynamic team.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting across major platforms such as Novellus Concept Two (SPEED, SEQ, ALTUS) and Applied Materials Endura, Centura, and Producer, with a focus on vacuum, gas delivery, RF/plasma, and temperature control

Qualifications

Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting expertise on Thin Films platforms.
Experience across the listed platforms and subsystems is required.
