Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Assembly/Test Maintenance Technician for its Palm Bay, Florida facility. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills and a drive to develop within a leader in Hi-Rel semiconductors.

Qualifikationen

• AS/ASEET electronic engineering technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting backend Assembly/Test equipment.
• Experience with Mil-STD 883, Z540 calibration, and ESD practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
