Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking an Assembly Technician in Palm Bay, FL to perform targeted back-end semiconductor manufacturing tasks and operate equipment for processes such as wafer scribe/break, die sort/attach, lead bonding and seal, testing, and marking/packing. You will read, collect and record data while working in a clean room environment.

Typical hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with 100% onsite work in Palm Bay, FL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform back-end semiconductor manufacturing functions.
• Operate equipment for wafer scribe/break, die sort/attach, lead bonding and seal, test, or mark and pack.
• Read, collect and record data.
• Work in a clean room wearing clean room garments.
