Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories in Irvine, CA is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician III responsible for maintaining production infrastructure, including packaging, filling and processing equipment in a regulated environment. You will be part of our PM program and inspection processes, supporting other groups to keep facilities and equipment running to meet product quality and production schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with electro/mechanical systems and high-speed packaging line repair experience.
• Experience in a GMP/regulatory manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Critical spare parts inventory management experience required.
• Effective communication with internal colleagues and external equipment support resources.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS/documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled PM tasks and logs into CMMS.
• Maintains chart recorders and log books in a GMP environment.
• Assists in Capital Improvement Projects with engineering and other mechanics.
• Supports daily tasks of other Maintenance Associates.
