Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT licensing and permitting requirements.
• Strong communication across field, shop, and office teams.
• Clean driving record and safe work history.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle registrations, renewals, titles, insurance cards, and IFTA fuel permits/filings.
• Track and maintain Coast Guard watercraft registrations and renewals.
• Apply for and secure heavy haul permits.
• Oversee company fuel card program.
• Manage EZ Pass accounts and transponder tracking.
• Administer ELD devices and ensure Hours of Service compliance.
• Maintain DOT qualification files for commercial drivers.
• Manage DOT Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements.
• Assist with internal trucking schedules and logistics coordination.
• Support logistics budgeting and cost tracking.
• Track and manage fleet assets (trucks, trailers, and equipment).
• Provide support to Equipment and Asset Managers on special projects.
