Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate to join a biotechnology company in Eden Prairie, MN. You will manage preventive maintenance, calibration, metrology, and vendor services across the site, acting as the central liaison among equipment owners, Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, and external providers.

The role requires 4+ years in GMP-regulated biotech environments and the ability to coordinate lifecycle programs with strong organizational and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 4+ years of equipment lifecycle management experience with a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years with an Associate's degree, or 6+ years with a High School Diploma/GED in a GMP-regulated pharma, biotech, or medical device environment.
• Experience owning and coordinating equipment lifecycle programs, including maintenance, calibration, vendor services, and inspection readiness activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive maintenance, calibration, metrology, and vendor service schedules across the site.
• Serve as the central point of contact between equipment owners, Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, and external service providers.
• Coordinate vendor activities, maintain equipment documentation, and ensure records remain inspection-ready.
• Track open activities, certificates, contracts, service records, and equipment-related documentation to ensure timely completion and compliance.
