Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking an Equipment Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation readiness of manufacturing, fleet, and trucking equipment across our Texas sites. You will lead maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, improve uptime, and support production goals through effective planning and collaboration with operations.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and data-driven decision making, including equipment history records and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in equipment maintenance, fleet operations, or industrial maintenance.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Experience with heavy equipment and/or manufacturing environments required
• Technical training or certifications (mechanical, diesel, or related field) preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of fleet, manufacturing, and trucking equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and internal resources.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history.
• Support safe operation and regulatory compliance with EHS and operations teams.
• Assist with equipment audits and inventory tracking.
