Job summary

Clark Pacific Corporation is seeking an Equipment Supervisor in Coolidge, Arizona. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operational readiness of manufacturing and fleet equipment. You will lead a team of technicians to ensure compliance with preventive maintenance and efficient equipment utilization across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in equipment maintenance, fleet operations, or industrial maintenance.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment and/or manufacturing environments required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, equipment data, and proprietary information.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel responsible for fleet, manufacturing, and trucking equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance and repair activities to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

Skills

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Ability to supervise and motivate maintenance personnel

Solid organizational and planning capabilities

Working knowledge of heavy equipment, fleet, and manufacturing systems

Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and technical documents

Problem-solving skills with focus on root cause analysis and prevention

Familiarity with maintenance management systems (Viewpoint)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education

Technical training or certifications (mechanical, diesel, or related field)
