Job summary

The role requires a BS degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or engineering in a high-tech fab. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines and ensure tool availability.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Equipment Maintenance and Repair or Equipment Engineering in a semiconductor Fab or similar high-tech environment.
• Understanding of failure mechanisms and ability to conduct root-cause analysis.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed or required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Fab tools running multiple processes.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to maximize uptime.
• Plan and implement maintenance work to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, maintenance, and vendors.
• Provide supervision to equipment technicians and assign tasks.
