Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or equivalent in engineering.
- 7+ years in a dynamic R&D environment with production line focus.
- Experience developing manual and semi-automated assembly processes.
- Equipment debug, FAT, and qualification experience.
- GR&R and software validation testing experience.
- Proven track record of team-based objectives.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with NPD, equipment suppliers and manufacturing plants to deliver full production solutions.
- Create assembly equipment requirements and provide DFA recommendations.
- Own development, debug and qualification of assembly stations with FAT.
- Document results per J&J Medtech procedures.
- Investigate new manufacturing tech and automation to cut time to market.
- Encourage technical mastery, cross-training and problem solving.
- Coach team members to drive stronger business results.
- Ensure projects comply with GMP, ISO, MDD and internal policies.
