Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in a dynamic R&D environment focused on production line development
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Experience in medical device production or regulated industry.
• Experience applying DFA to improve design and assembly performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation development and commissioning of new assembly lines.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of equipment development engineers.
• Collaborate with integrators and plants to scale automated production.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop and implement controls strategies for assembly lines.
• Drive DFA concepts in product design and manufacturing.
• Deliver compliant, high-throughput automated solutions.
