You will use 3D CAD and simulation tools to identify change points and craft specifications, driving projects from inception to handoff and ensuring quality, cost, and safety targets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design teams and plant personnel, with travel locally, regionally, and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of 3D CAD and simulation tools.
• Experience with automated equipment development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new/optimal machine concepts for process changes.
• Act as SME and support Project Leadership with technical guidance.
• Lead midsize/large projects from engineering perspective.
• Perform detailed process studies to understand machine capability.
• Create specifications and scope documents; verify on site during installation.
