Job summary

Capital Pump & Equipment is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Chandler team. You will lead large-scale equipment deployments from bid to close, coordinating across operations, engineering, sales, estimating, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You\'ll own project financials, manage risk, and maintain strong customer communication while upholding safety standards and DOT/OSHA compliance. Travel and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or industrial services.
• Experience managing projects from bid to close-out.
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of P&L, revenue, costs and budgets.
• Ability to manage change orders and profitability factors.
• Leadership experience supervising field personnel.
• Excellent organizational and customer-service skills.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from bid award through close-out.
• Coordinate equipment, personnel, scheduling, and site requirements.
• Manage project financials: revenue, costs, gross margin.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to develop comprehensive plans.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA/DOT compliance.
