The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our rapidly growing Chandler team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of large-scale equipment deployments for projects, events, and emergency operations from bid to close. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, financial performance, and wrap-up of projects, while maintaining high standards of safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary pay with opportunities for growth.
  • Supportive, performance-driven team culture.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
    • Medical, dental, and vision (eligible after 30 days).
    • 401(k) with company match.
    • Paid holidays and PTO.
    • Company-paid Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance.
  • Ongoing training and career development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from bid award through final close-out, coordinating all logistical, operational, financial, and customer-facing requirements.
  • Partner with Project, Operations, Engineering, Sales, Estimating, and branch teams to develop comprehensive project plans covering equipment, personnel, transportation, scheduling, setup, and site requirements.
  • Conduct and participate in pre-project strategy, preconstruction, and hand-off meetings to ensure a seamless transition from estimating to operations.
  • Own the financial performance of assigned projects from bid award through final close-out, with direct accountability for revenue, costs, and gross margin.
  • Partner with Estimating and Sales during the bid process to validate scope, pricing, labor, equipment, logistics, overhead, and margin assumptions.
  • Analyze job cost and P&L performance, identify variances, and take proactive corrective action to protect project margins.
  • Work alongside Superintendents and Crew Leads to oversee project setup, deployment, operation, breakdown, and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as a key customer contact throughout the project, partnering with Sales and Operations to maintain strong communication and resolve issues promptly.
  • Champion and enforce a safety-first culture across all projects and job sites and ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and DOT regulations.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including labor hours, equipment utilization, project documentation, customer feedback, and other required reporting.
  • Partner with Contract Administration and branch teams to support accurate and timely specialty-project billing and invoicing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce project costs, strengthen processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in project management, operations management, construction, industrial services, equipment rental, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from bid/award through close-out.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand project P&L, revenue, costs, gross margin, budgets, and cost variances.
  • Ability to identify and manage change orders, scope changes, and other factors affecting project profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising, coaching, or directing field personnel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, personnel, equipment, and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong understanding of job-site safety requirements and applicable OSHA and DOT regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam Revu for PDF creation, document management, and plan markups.
  • Knowledge of pumps or pumping systems and/or experience in industrial services, equipment rentals preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on project requirements.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
