Job summary

TerraPower LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Equipment Delivery Management – Natrium in Bellevue, WA.

Lead a team of PMs and coordinators to deliver critical equipment packages, manage costs, and uphold safety and quality standards in a complex nuclear program. Responsibilities include building the EDM PM team, driving cost reductions, and implementing robust risk and schedule controls with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Construction partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project management, supply chain oversight, or equipment delivery on major capital programs (EVMS experience a plus).
• Experience on nuclear, energy, defense, or heavy industrial capital projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with PM tools and methodologies (PMBOK, Agile).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Equipment Delivery PM team (PMs and PCs).
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, and Project Controls to deliver equipment packages on schedule and within budget.
• Establish and maintain EVMS data quality, risk management, and cost control.
• Ensure schedule adherence and drive continuous improvement in planning and execution.
