Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, rate and underwrite insurance applications; determine premium and terms.
• Build and maintain strong agent/broker relationships and grow pipeline.
• Manage portfolio and implement marketing plans for growth.
• Document deal files clearly with sign-offs and referrals; follow regulations.
• Mentor and coach junior underwriters and analysts.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
