Job summary

Dobbs Equipment, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive sales, rental, and leasing of John Deere equipment across the assigned territory. You will build partnerships with current and prospective clients to grow market share and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires prior equipment sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel overnight as needed. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3 years related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers.
• Self-motivate and manage yourself.
• PC literate, proficient with MS Office, with emphasis in Excel and Outlook.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote entire product line distributed by Dobbs Equipment.
• Grow and develop customer relationships and loyalty to increase market share.
• Prospecting and cold calling to increase customer base and market presence.
• Quote and negotiate prices, credit terms, prepare contracts and record and close orders.
• Provide on-site demonstrations, machine inspections and technical support.
• Maintain a contact management database and call log for the territory.
• Attend training and sales meetings to stay current with equipment and deals.
• Provide feedback to other departments.
