Job summary

Airbnb is seeking an experienced FP&A technology specialist to design, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Planning modules across Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Cash Forecast. You will develop business rules and calc scripts, support data flows with AWS, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Workday, and build AI agents to streamline FP&A processes.

You will support monthly forecast cycles with EPM Reports and Smart View, driving accuracy and efficiency for planning and analytics across the business.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Planning modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Cash Forecast).
• Develop and maintain business rules and calc scripts; support forecasting with data modeling and AWS/ERP Cloud integration.
• Build and deploy AI agents and automated FP&A workflows; support monthly cycles with EPM Reports and Smart View.
