Qualifications

JD degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience in a law firm.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Proven track record in labor and employment disputes.
Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Manage EPLI matters.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for clients under labor and employment laws.
Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
Develop litigation strategies.
Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and assistants for case management.
Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and educate others.
