Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. seeks a Senior Operations Business Analyst to own and optimize the Epicor ERP environment across Devens and Newburyport, MA. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and shop floor teams to configure ERP modules and deliver reliable data through dashboards and reports.

You will lead functional support, analyze issues, train users, and help upgrades as the Epicor environment evolves in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of hands‑on functional experience with Epicor ERP Kinetic, SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Technical familiarity with BAQs, BPM tools, and SQL.
• Soft skills include client-facing communication, requirement gathering, and project management.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Configure, test, and deploy Epicor modules for production management, inventory control, supply chain, and shop floor workflows.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current operational procedures and translate business needs into ERP configurations and automated workflows.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide day-to-day functional support, perform root-cause analysis for system issues, and handle user requests.
• Data & Reporting: Build and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and custom reports.
• Training & Onboarding: Deliver user training, create standard operating procedures, and assist with upgrades and implementations.
