VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close. You will maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and assist inventory and cost accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Epicor preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data analysis and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments for monthly close.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and resolve variances.
• Maintain schedules and documentation for key balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and management analyses.
• Support ERP processes, data validation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other departments on transactions.
• Provide audit support with schedules and documentation as needed.
• Help improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
