TECCWEB - The Enterprise Consultants Consortium in Canada/USA seeks a Senior Epicor ERP Implementation Consultant to lead client ERP projects end-to-end. You will analyze business needs, configure and deploy Epicor ERP, train users, and manage milestones with cross-functional teams.

You will maintain Epicor certification, handle data migration, and provide ongoing support while collaborating with clients to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience implementing Epicor ERP or in an Epicor ERP environment.
• Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic 10.
• Epicor certification preferred.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Availability for regular travel to client sites and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' business needs to tailor ERP solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy Epicor ERP according to requirements.
• Provide user training and change management support.
• Draft functional specs for enhancements, integrations, reports.
• Manage project progress, resources, prioritization, deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and offer technical and functional client support.
• Assist with data migration and integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth implementations.
• Maintain Epicor certification and continuous skill development.
