Job summary

Artizent is seeking a Senior/Lead Epicor Consultant to provide comprehensive functional and technical ERP support for Epicor Kinetic across U.S. clients.

You will work remotely, lead 2nd/3rd line support, and cooperate with business and IT teams to optimize processes, configurations, and integrations using BPM, BAQ, BAM, and dashboards. The role covers implementations, upgrades, and customization, including REST APIs, Service Connect, SSIS, and .NET components, with emphasis on stable, scalable

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic experience.
• Strong combination of functional and technical Epicor expertise.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or service-oriented organizations.
• Experience with Epicor configuration, customization, implementation and production support.
• Experience with Epicor BAQ, BPM, BAM, dashboards and business processes.
• Strong SQL/database experience.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and/or SSRS.
• Experience with .NET, C#, VB.NET or related development technologies.
• Experience with Epicor integrations and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional and technical support for Epicor ERP environments.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and identify root causes.
• Configure and optimize Epicor modules across Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvements.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and ERP enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve issues.
