AltaMed is seeking a senior Epic Willow Analyst III to support the Willow Ambulatory system across pharmacy staff roles, driving innovations and system improvements.

The Analyst III collaborates with leadership to plan, design, implement, and maintain Willow, and educates pharmacists, technicians, and clinicians in its use.

Requires extensive Epic Willow experience and strong data-analysis skills; AltaMed offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory & inventory certification required.
• 6+ years in a healthcare setting with data analysis and project management.
• 4+ years supporting Pharmacy Operations or related systems.
• 3+ years of Epic Willow experience.
• Epic configuration experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, IT, business or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, SQL; Cognos/Crystal Reports/Visio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, implementation and maintenance of Willow Ambulatory system.
• Educate pharmacy staff (pharmacists, technicians, leadership) in Willow usage.
• Collaborate with leadership on high-impact IT initiatives and system improvements.
• Oversee team performance, project scope, timelines and metrics.
