Job summary

Tucson Medical Center is seeking an experienced EPIC Systems Analyst Senior for Ambulatory operations to provide advanced functional support, system analysis, configuration, testing, and training across EPIC applications.

You will lead design sessions, translate business needs into effective workflows, collaborate with clinicians and IT teams, and develop testing plans and documentation to ensure system integrity and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of clinical or business system analyst or operational experience with EMR technology.
• EPIC certification in one or more relevant products or solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drives the design and implementation of new business processes and optimized system configuration.
• Leads and facilitates design sessions to achieve improvements.
• Defines business requirements and assists in designing improved processes utilizing EPIC EMR or other systems.
• Influences leadership and manages change to business processes.
• Develops testing plans and documentation to ensure system integrity and user adoption.
