Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Epic Senior Systems Analyst to join its IT team. You will lead analysis, design, configuration, and optimization of Epic applications to enhance clinical and business workflows across hospitals and ambulatory sites.

You will partner with clinicians and operational leaders to translate requirements into secure, reliable Epic solutions, manage upgrades, integrations, and provide advanced troubleshooting and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Epic applications across Care, Ambulatory, Inpatient, or Revenue Cycle modules.
• Proficiency with Epic reporting tools (Workbench, Radar, Clarity/Caboodle concepts) and HL7/FHIR interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and optimization of Epic applications to support clinical and revenue cycle workflows.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT, and operations to gather requirements and translate them into Epic solutions.
• Configure, test, and validate Epic enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot Epic issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Develop documentation and end-user training; provide on-call production support.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance across Epic systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support Epic production environments.
• Drive standardization and adoption of Epic best practices.
