Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Epic Senior System Analyst to lead design, configuration, and optimization of Epic systems across our healthcare network. In this role, you will partner with clinicians and operational leaders to translate complex requirements into reliable Epic solutions, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and strong system performance.

Epic experience configuring and building modules.
Translate stakeholder requirements into Epic configurations.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, and optimization of Epic systems to support clinical and business workflows
Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into Epic system configurations
Configure, test, and validate Epic modules, interfaces, and integrations
Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendor teams
Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and technical specifications
Support upgrades, patches, and new Epic feature implementations
Provide advanced user support, training, and knowledge transfer to clinicians and staff
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve care delivery and operational efficiency
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements based on metrics and user feedback
