Job summary

Saint Francis Connect, LLC is seeking an Application Analyst with Epic certification to design, build, test, and support assigned Epic applications. The role requires maintaining Epic certification, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with a Bachelor's degree preferred and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

Epic certification in assigned module(s) and ability to obtain/maintain it.
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
One year of related experience; Epic operational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns system design, build, testing, validation, and support of assigned applications.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of functional workflows and software functionality.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement solutions.
Research issues and provide solution options addressing system limitations.
Provide tier-2 support for application incidents reported to the help desk.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and comply with processes and policies.
Travel as required for Epic training and to remote work sites.
