CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Solutions Architect to drive Epic Healthy Planet and STARS reporting architecture. You will lead cross-functional teams to design workflows that connect Clarity/Caboodle with population health tools and ensure data integration across care coordination and payer data sources.

The role emphasizes translating regulatory requirements into scalable Epic architecture while guiding enterprise initiatives and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred for senior role.
10+ years of healthcare IT experience, with 5+ years on Epic applications.
Deep hands-on or architectural experience with Epic Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, and population health modules.
Strong understanding of CMS STARS, HEDIS, and quality/risk adjustment reporting requirements.
Experience architecting solutions involving Clarity, Caboodle, and Epic reporting tools.
Proven track record leading enterprise-scale Epic initiatives and managing technical teams.
Strong understanding of value-based care, ACO operations, and payer-provider data exchange.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solutions architecture for Epic Healthy Planet and STARS reporting.
Design scalable data models and workflows integrating Epic modules with reporting needs.
Serve as technical authority on Epic population health suites and data integration.
Partner with architecture and data teams to align with governance and interoperability standards.
Lead Epic governance, upgrade planning, and enterprise architecture reviews.
