Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Solutions Architect for Epic Applications to spearhead architecture for Healthy Planet, STARS reporting, and population health integration across Epic modules. You will drive end-to-end design, collaborate with data teams, and translate regulatory requirements into scalable Epic solutions.

The role demands 10+ years in healthcare IT with deep Epic experience and strong leadership, plus excellent communication with senior IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of healthcare IT experience with 5+ years focused on Epic applications.
• Deep hands-on or architectural experience with Epic Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, and/or population health modules.
• Strong understanding of CMS STARS methodology, HEDIS measures, and quality/risk adjustment reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solutions architecture for Epic Healthy Planet, care coordination workflows, and STARS/quality measure reporting.
• Design scalable data models and workflows connecting Epic Clarity/Caboodle, Healthy Planet registries, care management, and risk stratification tools to reporting needs.
• Partner with enterprise architecture and data teams to ensure Epic solutions align with governance, interoperability, and analytics strategy.
• Lead design and optimization of Epic-based workflows to support CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS measures, and quality reporting.
