CVS Health is seeking a senior Lead Director, Solutions Architect for Epic Applications to guide architecture and delivery of Epic Healthy Planet, STARS reporting, and care coordination initiatives. You’ll bridge technical depth with value-based care requirements and partner across clinical, quality, and IT teams.
The role emphasizes enterprise-scale Epic leadership, data governance, and end-to-end solution ownership to support CMS Star Ratings and quality reporting across payer and provider
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- 10+ years healthcare IT experience, with 5+ years on Epic.
- Deep hands-on or architectural Epic Healthy Planet & population health modules.
- Strong CMS STARS/HEDIS knowledge and reporting requirements.
- Experience with Clarity, Caboodle, and Epic reporting tools.
- Proven leadership of enterprise-scale Epic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for Epic Healthy Planet, care coordination, and STARS reporting.
- Design scalable data models linking Epic registries and reporting needs.
- Serve as technical authority on Epic population health tools and data sources.
- Collaborate with architecture and data teams for governance and interoperability.
- Lead governance, upgrade planning, and vendor relationships for STARS tools.
