Experience architecting solutions involving Epic reporting tools (Clarity, Caboodle).
Proven track record leading enterprise-scale Epic initiatives and teams.
Strong understanding of value-based care, ACO operations, and payer data exchange.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture for Epic Healthy Planet, care coordination workflows, and STARS reporting.
Design scalable data models connecting Epic modules to STARS/quality reporting needs.
Serve as technical authority on Epic population health tools and integrations.
Partner with enterprise data teams to align with governance and analytics strategy.
Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for third-party STARS/quality tools.
