Job summary

Interwell Health is seeking a Senior Specialist to join the Epic Solution Delivery team. You will drive complex design and configuration across Epic modules, mentor analysts, and ensure quality through rigorous testing and stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead smaller projects, coordinate with clients, and contribute to long-term Epic system enhancements while adapting to changing requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, and/or enterprise software delivery
• 5+ years of Epic experience with deep understanding of Epic configurations and workflows
• Required Epic certification in Cadence, Prelude

Responsibilities

• Complex design and configuration for advanced Epic solutions
• Project management support; lead smaller development initiatives within Epic
• Mentorship for Analysts and Senior Analysts
• Quality assurance and testing to meet user requirements
• Stakeholder interaction and knowledge transfer to end-users
• Provide innovative ideas to improve Epic system efficiency
