Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a senior Revenue Cycle Application Analyst III to specialize in Epic Resolute. You will independently drive project tasks, build components, conduct testing, and document workflows during the Epic Resolute implementation.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, guiding decisions, and ensuring optimal use and availability of the Resolute system. Certification and billing expertise are required, with potential leadership of other analysts.

Qualifications

• Certification in Epic Resolute as determined by the Epic Course Catalog.
• Experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing is required.
• Experience in healthcare, billing and accounts receivable is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Epic Resolute software and lead execution of project tasks.
• Build system components, test workflows and document project information.
• Provide implementation support and maintenance for Epic Resolute and interact with clients as needed.
• Develop detailed testing plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Possibly act as a project lead and guide other analysts.
