Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver Epic-related projects across client organizations. The role requires ownership, client listening, and tailoring implementations to each project's unique needs.

You will mentor client teams, track risks, document workflows, and lead project status meetings, applying deep Epic expertise. A minimum of 2 years' Epic experience and at least one current Epic certification are required; additional certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of Epic experience required.
• At least one current Epic certification is a plus.
• Experience implementing Epic is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to client Epic systems to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Mentor client project teams in project and system build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues.
• Analyze and document workflows.
• Work with project leadership on documentation and facilitation.
• Collaborate with Epic end users, monitor workflows, and provide optimization suggestions.
• Lead meetings regarding project status and ongoing work.
