Job summary

Nordic Global in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver Epic-related consulting and client services. You will apply technical expertise to client system builds, mentor project teams, and participate in risk and issue tracking.

Candidates must hold at least one Epic certification and have 2+ years of Epic experience post-certification; Bugsy Infection Control certification is required. PMP is preferred for leadership roles.

Qualifications

• All consultants must hold at least one Epic certification.
• Minimum two years of Epic experience after certification.
• Bugsy Infection Control certification is required.
• PMP is strongly preferred for project management/leadership roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify and resolve problems.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues.
• Analyze workflows and document processes; assist in leadership and facilitation.
• Collaborate with Epic end users, monitor workflows, and provide optimization suggestions.
