Job summary

Nordic seeks a Senior Consultant to deliver Epic-related consulting on client projects in an analyst, project management, leadership or training capacity. The role emphasizes ownership, client listening, and adapting to each unique project.

Responsibilities include mentoring client teams, documenting risks/issues, analyzing workflows, and coordinating with project leadership. Epic end users will be the primary collaborators, with additional duties per contract.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Epic experience.
• At least 1 current Epic certification (Security, Security Coordinator)

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Mentor client project teams in project and system build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues.
• Analyze and document workflows.
• Work with project leadership on documentation and facilitation.
• Interact directly with Epic end users.
• Monitor workflows and provide documentation and optimization suggestions.
• Lead meetings regarding project status and coordination.
• Duties are defined per contract in the client’s statement of work.
