Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive Epic-based implementations for Nordic clients. You will take ownership of projects, collaborate with client teams, and ensure successful delivery through strong functional and technical guidance.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years of Epic experience and hold at least one current Epic certification (ECSA or ECSM). This role emphasizes client listening, tailored solutions, and a collaborative approach to complex healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Epic implementation experience.
• At least one current Epic certification (ECSA, ECSM).

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems within client systems.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues.
• Analyze and document workflows and optimize processes.
• Lead meetings on project status and coordinate ongoing work-product.
