Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field or CS/Business/Science.
• 3 years of information systems experience, preferably in patient care.
• Certification on an Epic application within 6 months of training.
• Strong SQL, relational databases, data warehouse knowledge.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools is valuable; able to work across data platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, modify, test, and maintain reports, dashboards, datasets, and data extracts.
• Automate processes and improve reporting efficiency with scripting.
• Evaluate reports and processes for standardization and optimization.
• Create technical specifications and documentation for maintenance.
• Triages data requests, assesses complexity, and selects data sources and tools.
• Provide training and guidance on self-service reporting.
• Collaborate with application teams and act as liaison between IST and end users.
• Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adhere to compliance policies and stay updated on regulations.
